FLAT PARSLEY

Flat parsley, also known as Italian parsley, differs than other varieties (such as curly parsley) by the flatness of its leaves; and also, since it has bolder flavors and aroma, and is therefore more widely used in different cuisines. The biennial herb originates in the Mediterranean region but is widely cultivated around the world. Being of Mediterranean decent, the Flat Parsley is largely found in the Italian cuisine, as a great addition to spinach or soft cheese. Flat Parsley also marries well with earthy vegetables, such as eggplant potatoes.
