​The lemongrass answers to many names, from ‘silky heads’ to ‘cintronella’ or ‘fever grass’ and is commonly used in Asia. Though it is rich with different oils, it contains no cholesterol. The zesty herb carries plenty of potassium and magnesium.

Lemongrass is one of the most used herbs in the Asian cuisine, so much so that is not only used in cooking but also in various drinks. Being so flavoursome and unique, the Lemongrass is often made into a syrup to be added to soft as well as alcoholic drinks.
