Ettinger

This type of avocados is uniquely grown in Israel, and differs from other species in its relatively mild flavor and high oil levels. Avocados vary in toughness and color, but the Ettinger avocado has a smooth, light green pulp, and a thin delicate skin. They are best used after ripened in room temperature.
